All on the ground floor, there is one zip/link super-king-size bedroom, serviced by a bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to two people. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside is ample off-road parking and a gravelled area with seating. The Garden Room is a charming property, making a delightful base for your romantic retreat. Electric charging point available upon request. Electric charging point - 35p per unit payable during your stay to the owner direct. Please note: During winter months short breaks are available, but must not cross over the Friday check-in day. Please note: Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday; guests may book for less than a full week, provided that their stay does not cross over the Friday, which is the day when the property is prepared for the next letting.
