Great location, friendly staff especially at breakfast. Good breakfast. Great little pub with some excellent beers on tap, Timothy Taylors Landlord, Wye valley Butty Bach etc
Very disappointed to discover that we couldn’t get back into the property late! We were told we had to be back by 12.00 midnight which was a real shame as we’d gone to see our friend in a show at the theatre and we couldn’t spend much time with her! Never known a property charging that much not to have a coded door or an outside key for residents! If I’d known we wouldn’t have booked but the info is not on ‘Booking’ or their website!
Some parts looked tired, threadbare carpet, no lamp shade, broken bed base and loo roll holder….
