About this villa rental
Hara's Beach Villa is a charming two-bedroom house located in the Sfakaki area, offering stunning sea views and just 50 meters from the beautiful beach. It's only a short drive to the bustling town of Rethymno, where you can explore a wide range of tourist amenities and attractions.
This villa features an easily accessible ground floor layout and covers an area of 67 sq.m. It comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, as well as two fully equipped shower bathrooms. There is a modern open-plan kitchen that comes fully equipped, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and various furnishings and amenities. The villa is equipped with a satellite TV, a music system, and a safe. All areas are air-conditioned, and there is fast internet Wi-Fi coverage throughout.
The exterior areas of the villa include verandas, balconies, a garden, a BBQ, a lovely shaded pergola, outdoor furniture, and a 30 sq.m. private pool complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. The house was renovated in 2019, ensuring modern comforts and a fresh atmosphere.
Aside from the nearby local beach, just 50 meters away, the Sfakaki area offers a variety of amenities, such as a supermarket, taverns, and cafes. There is also a local bus stop that can quickly transport you to Rethymno in a matter of minutes.

Fantastic, very attentive hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect, close to many key areas of the island, yet quiet and secluded. The accommodation included everything you needed, was clean and well presented.

We were so happy with the villa. The beach a short walk away from the villa. You could see the sea and we walked to it every day. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. A lovely outdoor area and pool. The owner of the villa, Vasilis, met us on arrival. He was so nice and helpful advising on places to eat, how to get a taxi, water sports etc. the pool was cleaned regularly. The villa was even cleaned half way through the holiday. Changing beds, towels and cleaning bathrooms like a hotel. It was in a great location too. A 2 minute drive to lots of local tavernas with great food. Rethymno was 15 mins drive for a bigger town with plenty of restaurants, bars and a buzzing nightlife. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Could not be better.
If you like party....it shouldn't be "your' choice. But I like a private atmosphere and you can find ever,thing needed in the nearest area.
Wonderful pool area with chili lounge, barbecue and nice view on a sundown every evening.
The beach is very private a I like it very much. Could be difficult if you stay there with kids.
I like it very much...maybe I'll be back...-;))

Vor unserem Urlaubsantritt erhielten wir per Mail eine sehr detailreiche Weg-Beschreibung. Somit konnten wir den Bungalow sehr gut finden und unseren Mietwagen direkt am Grundstück parken. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und auch während des Aufenthaltes war man uns bei allen möglichen Fragen und Anliegen behilflich. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (es entsprach der Beschreibung). Der herrlich erfrischende Pool (Tiefe ca. 1,30m) wurde regelmäßig (alle 2 Tage) gereinigt. In jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Mit wenigen Schritten gelangt man ans Meer. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Zu Fuß, in nur ca. 600m Entfernung, ist die Taverne "Akroyali" zu erreichen und zu empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken für den schönen Urlaub!
