Es ist nicht barrierefrei (zumindest haben wir keinen Aufzug wahrgenommen) war aber für uns kein Problem

1. Die Hygiene des Appartments war etwas fragwürdig. Die Dusche war schlecht geputzt und die Bettwäsche wurde vermutlich wochenlang nicht gewechselt. Alles andere wurde schnell mit Essig behandelt, wonach es 1 Tag lang geduftet hat.
2. Die Wohnung fühlt sich nicht wie 40m2 an. Ich habe nicht nachgemessen, aber vermute dass diese nicht größer als 34m2 ist. Die Wöbelierung und Ausstattung ist zweckmässig und minimal. Man darf sich davon nicht zuviel erwarten.
3. Ein vermutlich ziemlich unzufriedener und frustrierter Nachbar hat jede Nacht wild und dauerhaft herumgeschrien, so dass man sogar bei geschlossenem Fenster nahezu nicht schlafen konnte. Leider gibt es im Schlafzimer keine eigene Klimaanlage, um bei geschlossenem Fenster ein angenehmes Raumklima zu schaffen.
Unter dem Strich, wer sich nicht viel erwartet (von Hyigene und Ausstattung) und nur einen Platz zum Schlafen braucht mit Klo, Dusche und einer Kaffeemaschine wird hier sicher nicht enttäuscht.
English:
1. The hygiene of the apartment was somewhat questionable. The shower was poorly cleaned, and the bed linen had probably not been changed for weeks. Everything else was quickly treated with vinegar, which left a strong smell for about a day.
2. The apartment does not feel like 40m². I didn’t measure, but I suspect it’s no larger than 34m². The furnishings and equipment are functional and minimal. One should not expect too much.
3. A presumably very dissatisfied and frustrated neighbor shouted wildly and continuously every night, making it almost impossible to sleep even with the window closed. Unfortunately, there is no separate air conditioning in the bedroom to create a comfortable climate with the windows shut.
All in all, if you don’t expect much (in terms of hygiene and amenities) and only need a place to sleep with a toilet, shower and coffee machine, you won’t be disappointed here.
