Simply decorated apartment Orbanic is located in the southern part of Rovinj, only 750 m away from the sea. It is situated on the first floor of this house, and it can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a main living area in which you can find a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, a dining area and a living area with a couch and a TV. The couch can be used as an additional double bed for two guests. The main area is air-conditioned. From the apartment you have access to the private balcony where you can find a seating area overlooking the Mediterranean garden around the property and the neighborhood. Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are allowed for a fee..
