Modernly furnished two-bedroom apartment is located in Rovinj, just a 5 minute walk away from the first beach. It's located on the ground floor and it can accommodate up to 4 persons. It consists of; equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed for one additional person, SAT TV, air conditioner, Wi-Fi access, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffee machine. Guests can use the property’s terrace, garden and outdoor barbecue facilities. Private parking is provided in front of the property. There are great ways to explore the nearby botanical park and surrounding area.
