Ubicación inmejorable, cerca caminando a todos sitios turísticos, entre otros: a unos 10 minutos a pie del castillo de los Duques de Bretaña (punto de encuentro de free tour), cercano a parada de tranvía n° 1 que es el que lleva a la isla, a 5 minutos el edificio LU, a 30 minutos andando de las Máquinas de la Isla, a unos 15 minutos de la catedral.
A unos 5 minutos hay un pequeño supermercado y una panadería con todo tipo de variedades de pan y cruzando el paso subterráneo a pocos minutos un supermercado Carrefour más grande.
En las calles cercanas varios pequeños restaurantes y creperías.
Apartamento muy bien equipado con todo tipo de menaje y electrodomésticos incluida lavadora y lavavajillas, cafetera cápsulas tipo Nespresso, hervidor. Wifi gratuito con contraseña de acceso. Cama con colchón muy cómodo.
Calefacción con radiadores eléctricos que calientan enseguida.
La zona de ducha y lavabo está separada de la zona de inodoro, son dos estancias distintas.
Las fotos que se muestran en la web corresponden fielmente a la realidad.
El garaje en el mismo edificio es una ventaja ya que toda la zona es de aparcamiento de pago.
Zona y vecindario muy tranquilo.
Las almohadas son muy delgadas, parecen más cuadrantes que almohadas. Para nosotros resultaron un poco incómodas.
Únicamente hay un cuchillo grande para pan, el resto de cuchillos que hay son de mesa.
Ambas circunstancias las pusimos en conocimiento del anfitrión el cual respondió por correo electrónico indicando que lo solucionaría para futuros clientes.

10 minute walk to town centre. Underground parking. Very well equipped apartment with washing machine and dishwasher tabs available. Sufficient crockery and cutlery etc for four. Nearby bars and restaurants, also a Carrefours supermarket and boulangerie.
There was a problem with the bed on the first night but this was very promptly fixed while we were out the very next day after WhatsApping the previous evening. Very good and friendly service.

The property was a spacious and updated apartment near to a Carrefour and plenty of restaurants. The host welcomed us and gave us clear instructions in English. Appliances in the apartment worked well and we had a private carpark as well. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe.
The hot water supply for showers was limited so adapt accordingly.

Proximité du centre ville, des restaurants et des sites touristiques à voir.
Impossible de passer de bonnes nuits, quartier très mal fréquenté la nuit, nuisances sonores dues à des jeunes positionnés aux entrées des immeubles environnants !! J’imagine que ce sont des points de dealers !! Sans compter les bagarres !! Bref!
Pas vraiment sécurisant.
