It was a great location, 5 minutes from the train station making it really easy to visit the other local cities and then travel back home. It was situated less than a minute from the small castle, which was a beautiful and quiet sunset spot. The shared terrace had a lovely view and the bedroom was perfectly equipped.
I was really happy, there was anything to improve.

We booked a deluxe apartment which we loved. Property was very clean on arrival with comfy beds and pillows. Although small it had everything you needed for self catering. The terrace was beautiful with lovely views of Riomaggiore, especially at night with all the lights. Lady who welcomed us was lovely and very helpful with excellent communication.
There was nothing I did not like.

We liked that it was on the Main Street and the host was very easy to communicate with.
Overall this location can be a little hard to find. Key to remember is that the road referenced is the cement pavement out of the train station (it doesn’t look like a road per se and more of a walkway).
Overall the accommodations are a little small and don’t offer a great view of anything. But you can, via the set of steps beside the accommodations, go up to the fort.
Also when we were there one of the benefits, the rooftop patio, was not setup and was under construction. So that was a let down.
