Location and the home itself is beautiful! We stayed with a group of 14: 5 kids 9 and under 9 adults. Staying somewhere for 5 days with 14 people and you'll quickly learn that this home was not equipped to accommodate that many people, despite the listing saying so...1) There was no "welcome kit" with the essential items stated (dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, bathroom hand soap).We purchased these items and a day after we purchased, the property manager shows up unannounced and drops off a welcome kit a few more towels and some extra toilet paper. While we are very grateful for him for dropping these off, he should have 1) let us know he was coming and 2) they should have already been there prior to our arrival so we didn't have to buy any. At least the next person will have a welcome kit...2) Overall the kitchen was very nice and had lots of plates and silverware. But, try cooking and you'll soon realize breakfast will take you hours. The pots and pans are completely destroyed; it is not an understatement to say we were eating Teflon with our eggs and pancakes (and we cooked on the least destroyed pans we could find).The oven stopped working half way through cooking (it threw out some errors) and we had to scramble to find alternate ways to cook what was in the oven. There were a couple other things but these were the biggest. For as much as we paid, I'd expect it to accommodate our group better, have what we needed up front and better cookware.

Beautiful layout, location, but could definitely have been cleaner. Broken lawn chairs scattered in garage, dirty entry way, weeds growing through walls of garage and trash strewn around property. Very dirty under sofas and chairs. Blind off 1 bedroom window. Trash cans over flowing. Pool was dirty. Property manager contacted on Saturday but it took contacting every day until finally Thursday issues were resolved. Never talked to a live person. When contacting property management.
For price very disappointed!
