In the combined kitchen and dining area on the ground floor you can enjoy delicious food and time together with 6 people at the dining table. The living room leads directly to the terrace.
The bathroom has a floor-level shower, a sink, a mirror and a toilet.
You have the choice between 2 comfortable bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy the view of the countryside from all bedrooms.
The open kitchen-living room offers many amenities that you would expect from a modern kitchen.
In the open, bright living-dining area, the view is always directed out to the beautiful landscape.
Another highlight is the large terrace, which connects directly to the living room and is fully equipped with lounge furniture for relaxing.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house, the lower living area is easily accessible at ground level. At the Petzel family's blacksmith's shop (owner) you can take a blacksmithing course during your holiday. , The apartment is 1.5 km from the beach.

The coastal region is ideal for swimming, kiting or taking long walks on the beach.

The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 4 guests.
A laundry package, consisting of bed linen and towels, is compulsory for 20.00 euros per person. This price includes the cost of washing machine, dryer, high chair and baby cot.
The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of EUR 85.00. Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack.
The deposit of € 150.00 is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. In the event of proper handover on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.

Tolle Sommerferien in einer tollen Ferienwohnung!
Wir hatten als 5-köpfige Familie eine fantastische Zeit in der großen Erdgeschosswohnung: bei gutem Wetter war der Kleinste in der Sandkiste, die TV-Ecke wurde natürlich auch genutzt & immer viel gekocht – alles super. (Auch der leckere Frieda-Kaffee, der schon bei der Ankunft auf uns wartete, war so gut, dass wir ihn noch mal nachkaufen mussten ;) Die schönen, ruhigen Naturstrände in der Nähe haben wir erkundet, und auch andere Angeln-Highlights sind nicht weit entfernt. Hanna und Benni waren superfreundlich und zuvorkommend, echte Superhosts!
