Welcome to the Platzhirsch vacation apartment!
This maisonette apartment is classified according to DTV with 4**** stars and provides with modern alpine charm for an ambience that everyone wants on their vacation in the Bavarian Alps.
Tradition meets modernity, in the middle of the mountains! Up to 3 people will find a temporary home here. Warm brown tones mixed with modern red and an animal that you associate with Bavaria: the stag. At home in the forests of the area, the proud animal can be found in many small details of the apartment.
The spacious dining room with a wide window front allows not only from the covered balcony a breathtaking view of the Zugspitze, also at breakfast or dinner you can lose yourself in the view of the mountains of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. If you want to relax, there is still a comfortable couch available here. If required, this can also be pulled out and converted into a comfortable sleeping area for a third person.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed and provides maximum sleeping comfort. Opposite you will find a wide wall of wardrobes, where there is guaranteed space for all your clothes. Shutters ensure 100% vacation mood in the morning even for late sleepers. Stylish bedside lamps provide warm light in the evening and a small bench at the end of the bed offers another seating option.
The modern, alpine fitted kitchen is a highlight. Many illuminated glass elements create a great ambience. Electrical appliances - from dishwasher to refrigerator - are available, the kitchen is fully equipped. For coffee lovers, both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine are ready for use.
The modern bathroom offers a wellness shower, a large illuminated mirror and a towel dryer.
You can reach the upper part of the maisonette via the spiral staircase. You are awaited by an elegant and comfortable living area.
Sit down, put your feet up and enjoy your favorite movie on the large, internet-enabled smart TV with sound box.
Work can't wait? No problem. A desk is ready for you. Likewise, there is a bookshelf here if you are still looking for a vacation read.
WLAN and underground parking space are included for you. Washing machine and dryer can also be used free of charge. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.

Wonderful view. Great location near bus routes and near a quiet riverside walk to downtown. Quiet. Good shower. Nice beds. Responsive management. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking during a 19-day stay.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Mit Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im Zentrum, am Eibsee oder der Zugspitze (Alles sehr schön, unbedingt machen!).
Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist für die heutigen Autos recht eng, aber natürlich sehr praktisch. (Man kann durchs Treppenhaus auch direkt trockenen Fußes dorthin gelangen. Ein Hinweis vom Vermieter diesbezüglich wäre nett gewesen.)
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Als der Fön kaputt ging, wurde direkt Ersatz vorbei gebracht.
Die Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung ist sehr schmal. Da muss man etwas vorsichtig sein. Und ein Wohnzimmer in der 1. Etage ist natürlich auch speziell und nicht immer praktisch.
Insgesamt würde ich die Wohnung aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Und den Urlaubsort sowieso.

Wir hatten leider schlechtes Wetter daher war es toll in einer so schönen Wohnung zu sein.
Die Lage ist trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt sehr ruhig, da nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße. Der Blick vom Balkon ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter traumhaft, wir sind fast nur draußen gesessen, da die Überdachung auch bei starkem Regen gut reicht.
In der Küche ist alles an Geschirr vorhanden, was man zum kochen braucht. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Der Buchungsprozess und Kontakt war auch reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank.
