Welcome to Haus Jachmann and the apartment Alpspitze!
Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Garmisch, you will find Haus Jachmann with the two vacation apartments Zugspitze and Alpspitze.
Both apartments can be entered through a separate entrance.
The Alpspitze apartment with a total of 110 square meters is located on the first floor and has a spacious entrance area through which the rest of the apartment is accessible. Here is enough space for jackets and shoes.
The living room has a new modern laminate flooring, a spacious couch, a bay window with dining area, as well as a desk.
Another seating option, which invites you to read your favorite book, is the small sofa at the desk.
From the living room you can reach the beautiful terrace and the garden, which is protected from view by a hedge and thus guarantees the maximum privacy! The luxurious lounge furniture as well as another dining table let you enjoy summer evenings here! The terrace leads through a small path to the kitchen, from where you can also access a small terrace.
The small, cute kitchen is modern and contains everything you need for cooking.
Just one step further, you enter the dining room, which has a total of 6 seats and is predestined for social evenings with family or friends. From here you also have access to the outdoor area and the terrace of the kitchen.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A window also provides daylight in the bathroom. Directly next door is a second bathroom, which is also equipped with a shower.
The two bedrooms are located directly next to each other and offer sleeping space for a total of 4 people with double beds. Another adjoining bedroom offers two single beds. In two of the bedrooms are also televisions!
The whole apartment is also equipped with underfloor heating.
You will find a free parking space directly at the house. There can be 1 baby with it, please indicate this in the note line of your booking! Unfortunately, animals are not allowed here. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment! WLAN is available for you free of charge!

every thing is wonderful and the place was great , although there is things I hope you can change it . first add shatafa ( bathroom faucet + washing machine)

We loved the house. There is a lot of space, it’s quite big. 2 bathrooms and a extra toilet, fully equipped kitchen, nice living room, dining room, there was enough space for everybody. Beds were good. In 2 bedrooms daylight comes through, so if u mind that, bring your sleeping mask. 6 minutes by car to the parking of the skilift ((Hausberg )), 15 minutes by car to the lift to the Zugspitze, 15 minutes walk to the center, bakery etc. I would love to stay here again!

Very beautiful house, visible from the windows of the mountains. Close pedestrian zone of the city, mountains, ski lift. Quiet area. For children there is a slide for sleds. The house is very clean and beautiful, more beautiful than in the photo. Design and decoration style are present. Natalie quickly and promptly resolve issues arising from the number of people. Martina was benevolent and resolve all issues on the fly. The only negative - the absence of a washing machine, but it says in the description. All other existents equipment in excellent condition. Many thanks for a good holiday!
