The lift will take you to the floor where through an independent terrace you will access our elegant and quiet 75 sqm apartment consisting of hallway, large open space living area with equipped kitchen, fabulous double bedroom, independent dressing room with large wolk-in shower and bathroom.
The apartment is furnished with great care, every detail has been designed to transform your stay into an unforgettable experience, a perfect harmony between comfort and practicality. You can relax in our bohemian lounge, sleep in the enveloping atmosphere of the four-poster bed or sip a good glass of wine on the balcony, surrounded by the lights of a wonderful city. Essential services just a few meters away (supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, bakeries, buses, taxis, hairdressers, wellness and massage center, bookshop, hospital).

A few tens of meters are the bus stops to reach in a few minutes the marine reserve of Miramare Castle, the Faro della Vittoria, the seaside area of Barcola, the Sistiana bay, the Val Rosandra nature reserve, the Risiera di San Sabba and many other attractions.
