Terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs. BBQ. Parking for 6 cars. All shops 2 km. Sea and beach 4 km. Cannes 6 km.
10-room villa of 360m² on 3 levels : 6 bedrooms (3 air conditioned) and4 living/dining rooms , the whole divided into 4 separated flats.
Main villa: Living/dining room with air conditioning, TV (Satellite) Internet. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine.
First floor: Master bedroom air conditioned with 1 double bed (180cm), TV, exit to private terrace with sea view, bathroom with spa bath/shower. Dressing room .
1 air conditioned Bedroom with 1 double bed (160), exit to garden. Shower room/WC.
Lower floor: 3-room flat with air conditioned living room. Open fitted kitchen. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (160), exit to swimming pool. Shower room/WC, Hammam. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (180). Bathroom. Separate WC.
2-room flat with living room with TV, DVD, Blu-Ray. Fitted kitchen. 1 air conditioned Bedroom with 1 four-poster bed (180), exit to garden. Bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower.
2-room flat with: air conditioned living room and Fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), exit to garden. Shower room/WC.
Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.

The house was old but the amenities where good,it was a pity that some things didn't functioned .Bur overall it was a nice stay at a nice location.
You can't change things that has to be done by the owner.
