About this apartment rental
This 2-apartment combination, EP9 UT, includes two unique apartments with access to lovely rooftop terraces. They are located in a charming 1930s residence, which spreads over four levels, all accessible by stairs. The building has four apartments in total and the rooftop terraces are shared by all residents.
These apartment also offer 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.
Fully equipped with all necessary amenities (linen, crockery, A/C, Wi-Fi etc.), though some amenities differ per apartment.
1. EP9U is a two bedroom / two full bathroom apartment located on the first floor (one flight of stairs up). It has a king size bed and a queen size bed (all beds become singles). One of the bathrooms is en suite.
One more person may sleep in the living room sofa bed.
2. EP9T is a studio apartment located on the rooftop (3 flights of stairs up) and has a queen size double bed.

• Dishwasher: Available in EP9U
• Washing machine: EP9U washing machine inside the apartment, while EP9T uses the washing machine on the rooftop (shared by two more apartments)
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.
Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out.
Late check in.
For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend pre-booking our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will also check you in at no extra charge. If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.

There had been a problem with the place we were going to rent. The host went above and beyond to find a place for us to stay. The driver told us when we got off our cruise ship because we couldn’t be reach while we were cruising. The new place was incredible. We appreciate all the extra effort our host put into finding us a wonderful place to stay. We also used one of their drivers and he was very friendly, accommodating and prompt. My friends and I enjoyed the apartments very much. They were clean. Everything worked great. It was in a location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very nice for going out. The major attractions were in walking distance. The check in process was smooth. We were able to leave our luggage even though it was still being cleaned. We used the patio everyday. That plants around it were beautiful. A great place to relax.
