About this house rental
The house is located in a quiet residential area below the golf course "Gsteig". It has been newly and tastefully furnished and will be available as a holiday home for the first time from January 2020. FEEL GOOD is very important here. Equipped with a wood-burning stove in the spacious living-dining area, underfloor heating throughout the house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor whirlpool and sauna, there is hardly anything left to be desired. The fully fenced garden offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Two terraces invite you to relax and linger. In summer there is a gas grill, cozy lounge furniture and sun loungers. Even in winter there is seating in the garden. A garage and several outdoor parking spaces round off the offer comfortably.
On the upper floor there is the approximately 50 m² modern and comfortably designed living-dining area with leather couch, wood stove, cozy dining area and direct access to the spacious terrace and the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic Jura coffee machine, induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and separate freezer. Toaster, kettle, hand blender, blender / smoothie maker and raclette grill are also available. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180x200) at a comfortable height and 7 zones of cold foam mattresses as well as a spacious wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer.
The spacious entrance area with cloakroom and passage to the garage is located on the ground floor. In the passage there is a washing machine with dryer function available. The bathroom with walkin shower, toilet and hairdryer is right next to the modern cedar sauna for max. 6 persons. The two bedrooms are equipped with spacious cupboards, beds (140 x 200 and 180 x 200) at a comfortable height and 7 zones of cold foam mattresses. The master bedroom also has a satellite TV. From both bedrooms you have access to the terrace and the year-round heated and usable outdoor whirlpool and the seating there.

The region around Lechbruck is characterized by mountains and lakes as well as the numerous castles. The healthy mountain air of the Alpine foothills can be particularly enjoyed when hiking, swimming in clear mountain lakes or cycling. The place and the region offer a comprehensive range of sports and leisure options that leave nothing to be desired. These include numerous mountain railways, a go-kart track, a golf course, an ice rink, climbing parks and much more. Visit Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenschwangau Castle or the famous Wies Church. All sights are only a few kilometers away.
