We stayed for five weeks, and couldn't have asked for a better location to get to know Asheville. An easy walk to downtown, and several excellent restaurants are within a couple of blocks. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, and Jaan was an excellent host and very responsive.

Well appointed second floor apartment in excellent neighborhood near downtown Asheville. Comfortable furniture and beds. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the right utensils and pans to cook meals when we didn’t want to eat out. We stayed seven weeks and loved it. Our host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Loved, loved our 5 week stay here! It was incredibly comfortable & we felt so at home here. Our host could not have been more accommodating with promptly responding to all our questions ahead of and during our stay. Perfectly appointed and stocked with everything we might have needed, including fresh flowers and fruit upon our arrival. Location is superb for walkable dinning in the neighborhood as well as the city center. A very pedestrian area, and we can’t wait to return!
