This is a gem in Eugene if you're looking for a quiet place. No TV's, just an easy place to stay.
The shower head needs a bit of repair, but does work just fine.

The owners thought of every amenity! It was super clean. I felt like I was visiting a friend's house. The doors to the individual rooms are not common interior doors. They are more secured.

Always spotless and quiet. New shower in one bathroom with easy access. Location is perfect for walking to the Rose Garden.

The staff was helpful via text. I didn't stay though because I traveled from Reno, NV via Amtrak & was tired and wanted a private bath with a tub. Technically its train/car to get to accommodation.
There were several email stating the door code would be sent. The email made it sound like it would be sent via email, but I got a text with the code after making alternate arrangements & departing. I had to put neutral in the review for things like was it clean etc., bc I didn't end up staying.
