A 3 room comfort apartment on the middle promenade with WiFi and everything the guest needs for his vacation happiness in Boltenhagen. Equipment The 3-room apartment is located in the middle of Boltenhagen and is close to the beach and therefore ideal for families. The living and dining area is bright and comfortably furnished. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there is a single bed with a pull-out bed. The shower room is equipped with shower and toilet. The kitchenette is a bit separated. From the living area you can go directly to the terrace with a view of the green area. On the terrace you will find dear guests garden furniture and a private beach chair. Vacation right next to the beach with Baltic Sea flair. The apartment will be partially refurbished at the end of 2019!Special features Smoking is not allowed in this apartment. There is a reserved parking space in the underground garage for cars. The washing machine and dryer are available in the common room of the house for a fee. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including additional costs, bed linen and underground parking space. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The tourist tax is settled on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the high season from 07/07/31 08. complete bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes freshly made beds with bed linen for all guests aged 4 and over, final cleaning after departure and a holiday home starter package including dishwasher tablets, detergent, toilet paper, trash bags etc. Tourist tax - the tourist tax is settled on arrival. The cure tax is for all persons from 16 years in the period from May 1st to September 30th of each year 2.10 euros per person per day, reduced from 1.00% disability 1.00 euros and in the period from 01.10 - April 30th of each year 1.50 euros per person per day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
