About this apartment rental
Beautiful duplex loft of 127m² 4 stars classified, ideally located in the hyper-center between the cathedral and the Petite France, in an old building renovated. (2 Rue Salzmann)
Quiet, design, and comfortable, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, quality French bedding.
Perfect for a stay with friends, family or for a business trip.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.

. workspace with 2 offices (wifi internet box)
. living room with TV and bluetooth speaker
. kitchen area: 4 induction hobs, oven, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
. dining area with round table glass top
. laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
. WC and washbasin
- On the first floor:
. first bedroom: 1 bed 140x190, latex mattress 25 cm very good quality, en-suite bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer
. second bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200, latex mattress 25 cm very good quality, latex mattress 5 cm, separable in 2 beds of 80x200, ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath, walk-in shower, toilet, dryer hair
- Sheets, towels and kitchen towels provided; beds made on arrival.
Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be sent to you once your reservation has been validated.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.

The location was great. Easy to walk to walk to do many places. Martin was so helpful, meeting us on arrival then providing us with several suggestions for eating. It was a very nice apartment to stay in while we explored beautiful Strasbourg.

Excellent apartment. Spacious, great location, well equipped and very clean and tidy. Our host was very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful recommending local bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our short stay in this lovely city.

1). La coordination entre les services Cotoon. Trois contacts différents qui me posent les mêmes questions, alors que mon mail répond à chacune des questions.
2). l'adresse donnée ne correspond pas au lieu de rendez-vous avec la personne chargée de nous remettre les clés. Nous avons attendu patiemment dans le froid intense.
