Bright and cozy, this lovely flat is tastefully decorated with warm tones and is located within walking distance to various top attractions in Paris!
Relax in the living room, which features a double sofa-bed facing a flat-screen TV and a large window to get some natural light and fresh air.
The small kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutlery, all you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a toaster.
There’s also a dining area where you can eat your meals with loved ones!
The bedroom consists of a double bed, a drawer with vast storage space for your belongings, and complimentary hotel-quality linens all at your disposal.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The 10th arrondissement is as vibrant as it is historical. The quaint and timeless footbridges and bohemian cafes of Canal Saint-Martin give way to Indian restaurants along Passage Brady. The streets around Place de la Republique feature hip bars and restaurants, while Marché Saint-Martin offers gourmet food stalls. Rue Sainte-Marthe is a quiet street lined with art studios and global eateries. The area is also home to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
Numerous lively bars, restaurants, and quays that make the area one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, surrounds the neighborhood, especially in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.
Don't miss the unusual sights of the smallest house in Paris, at n°39 rue du Château d'Eau. For thrills, tourists will love the Manoir de Paris, a "haunted house" set in a former earthenware factory.
Lastly, stroll along Canal Saint-Martin or go to the garden of the Saint-Louis Hospital, a historic place that resembles the Place des Vosges to relax!
My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!
The nearest train station is Gare du Nord (lines 4, 5) - just 6 mins away on foot. There's also Château Landon Station (Line 7) just 8 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!
If you wish to visit other suburbs or regions, hop on the Gare Magenta RER which will take you to various destinations like the CDG Airport (RER B), Disneyland Paris (RER A) and Versailles (RER C).
Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.
Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

The place was perfect, we were 3 ppl and we slept in the bed and sofa, everything was very comfortable and clean. The place was well located, it has everything you will need for cooking and live for the time you're staying in Paris. For checking you have to collect the keys in a hotel nearby and the receptionist was very kind.
