Greetings from the beautiful Lake Maggiore! This bright, spacious apartment features a great open floor plan and lots of practical amenities. Being an owner’s unit, it is fully equipped with all the necessities and has been furnished to the highest standards. One of the best features are the big sliding terrace doors which flood the unit with natural light while providing stunning panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the beautiful surrounding landscape. The spacious terrace offers complete privacy and is a great place for dining, sunbathing or simply relaxing. While most days enjoy a gentle refreshing breeze from the lake below, during summer an awning can be easily extended over the entire terrace, allowing for continued use of the space even during the hottest part of the day. On rainy days, wi-fi internet access and two flat-screen TVs provide plenty of entertainment options for the whole family, as do books and a variety of board games which are also provided. A floor heating system allows for the setting of a constant, uniform temperature throughout the unit and other useful amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) will ensure maximum comfort and convenience during your stay. The apartment is located in a secure building with elevator and comes with a private one-car garage. To provide for safe and relaxed stays it is also professionally cleaned and sanitized after every rental. Finally, our simple self check-in process makes it convenient and offers complete peace of mind to anyone who might otherwise worry about late arrivals or any unexpected delays.

But, without the hustle and bustle of a busy lakeside town, it is a perfect place to enjoy some peace and tranquility after long days of sightseeing and exploring this beautiful region. And there is plenty to see and do, regardless of the season. To help you plan a truly memorable visit, we will provide you with a detailed regional guide which highlights not just the most popular tourist attractions but also many of the wonderful hidden places which we discovered over the years, including some of the most charming lakeside villages, idyllic beaches and scenic hiking areas, many of which are featured in the photos above.
