Das Haus ist im Prinzip perfekt gelegen: direkt am Meer, nur durch einen schmalen Fußweg vom Wasser getrennt.
Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig genug für zwei Personen, das Bett sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, hat einen schönen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung war für uns komplett, wir haben nichts vermisst, alles ist sauber. Der Weg zu dem nahegelegenen Zentrum ist in 25 Minuten zu Fuß zurückgelegt, nette Restaurants sind dort zu finden.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein sehr herzlicher Mensch! Alleine ihretwegen würden wir wieder kommen.
Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Haus, teilweise beschattet.
Leider gibt es zwei Minuspunkte:
der Zugang zum Meer ist nicht sehr schön, der Einstieg erfolgt von einer Betonplattform über ein paar Stufen ins flache Wasser. Der Seegrund ist an dieser Stelle felsig und lange Zeit noch sehr flach, erst nach gut 50 Meter erreicht man eine Tiefe, wo man schwimmen kann, ohne in Gefahr zu geraten, sich Knie oder Füße aufzuschürfen.
Der zweite negative Punkt ist die Lage des Hauses in einem "Wohngebiet", das offensichtlich im Moment komplett zugebaut wird. Die Straßen dorthin sind selbst für kroatische Verhältnisse eine Katastrophe und leider wird damit die eigentlich schöne und ruhige Umgebung verschandelt.

La présence de moustiques 🦟 qui gâchent l accès à la terrasse librement.
Même si l appartement et les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires …. C est dommage mais c est la nature .

We just had the most wonderful experience at the accommodation. The hosts were so welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Perfect for hot weather with screens to keep insects out as well as metal blinds to keep the apartment cool and air conditioning on both floors. While we were there, there was a huge storm with gale force winds and hail but the apartment didn't have one rattling window or draught. The apartment faced the sea and was right on the waterfront so a sublime view to wake up to in the morning. There were three beaches within a few minutes walk which were great for kids and really lovely restaurants a short walk away. The shop is a little way away but our hosts offered to lend us a bike if we wanted to use it. They were so friendly and helpful, giving us fresh vegetables from their garden and even giving our daughter a coin when she lost her tooth.
Can't think of anything. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to book again for next year. If you haven't been to Croatia before, invest in some water shoes, you'll need them as there are lost of stones but as long as you have the shoes you'll enjoy clear warm waters and great for snorkelling.

Wonderful holiday. I travelled with my husband and dog, hosts were easy to communicate,very nice, helpful, beer after arrival was nice surpriise. Hosts allowed us to take vegetable and figs in their garden. I had birthday during the stay and host lady surprised me with a gift. Appartment spotlessly clean, very good equipped, private beach with sunbeds and sunshades right in front of the appartment, shower on the beach. Area is quiet,bakery and bakmaz market in walking distance. Thank you very much for making us feel like home
