In this green setting, the villas, all built of the dried stone from the Bormes quarries, are hidden behind the pine trees and oak trees.Valanvi is a beautiful holiday home offering a superb panoramic view of the sea, the Iles d’Or, Ste Claire and Aiguebelle. Private swimming pool (9mx4,5m - 1,5m depth - heated from may till end september) surrounded by a lovely terrace.The floor above (connected but outdoor access) has a beautiful studio with 2 areas to sleep (bunk beds + 2x1p), a bathroom (shower, double sink) and a separate toilet.Beach and private tennis on the premises 1500m away, Le Lavandou is 5km away. In july and August you can enjoy the excellent restaurant on the beach. There is also a sailing club and 7 tennis courts!1. The heating of the swimming pool is included in the price. A supplement may be charged for heating at lower outside temperatures.2. There are 67 steps to reach the villa, but it should be noted that it is not a steep staircase and only less accessible for people with very limited mobility.
