Relatively quiet and spacious place next to old street station. Apparement located on the basement.
Issue with the hot water (not available) and with the faucet closing (water continues flowing afterwards for some time) at the sink in the kitchen.
Not much light as the apartment is located on the basement.

Modern, bright, clean apartment in good location.
The smell of fresh paint was a little overwhelming, granted we appreciated how fresh it looked but the smell was quite strong. The large lamp in the lounge doesn’t work so there was no “small” light to put on in the evenings so we ended up leaving the kitchen light on as there are 15 down lights in the lounge ceiling so when you have them on you need sun cream. We would have appreciated a mirror in both bedrooms as my wife was constantly going back and forth to the kids room to use the mirror, again small but would make a difference. I think the most annoying thing was the floor, you can’t walk anywhere in the apartment without the floor creaking, again maybe a silly issue but you literally cannot move around at night when the kids are sleeping with how loud the floors squeaked and creaked. Apart from these few constructive points the place was great, would stay again and the staff were very good communicators.

The house is ok and in a quiet location. It’s very warm inside, but there’s no way to adjust the heating. The sofa bed isn’t broken and has a duvet and one pillow, though it didn’t seem washed, so we didn’t use it.
Beds were fine and the space overall is decent. The wardrobe mirror in the bedroom is broken. The bathroom and shower are functional but could use a bit of maintenance. Broadband/WiFi access is provided.
If you’re looking for a little flexibility, this isn’t the place. Any requests are likely to be declined, and the tone of the emails is quite strict. So if you think you might need any adjustment or understanding, best to avoid this booking.
Overall, fair value for a one-night stay.
