Заселение прошло четко и быстро. Квартира большая, светоблокируешие жалюзи на всех окнах. Чисто , отличный WI FI. Хозяин корректный, квартира отлично обставлена. Полноценная кухня и большой холодильник. Вид - перспектива , между домами напротив. До центра 30 мин пешком.
Все было отлично.

Appartamento molto spazioso e ristrutturato a nuovo, luminoso e tranquillo, letto comodissimo. C'è un Conad city vicinissimo per la spesa, e anche un ufficio postale. Cucina super accessoriata e funzionale, pulizia al top. Bagno comodo e ampio, camera da letto molto ampia. Ottimo appartamento anche come base e punto di partenza per escursioni in bici da corsa sulle zone vicine.

Ambiente caldo, divano e letto molto comodi, l’appartamento è abbastanza grande. Luminoso. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza del caffè.
Il proprietario è gentile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste.
I 4 piani senza ascensore, e il non avere sacchetti dove buttare la spazzatura…ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con i sacchetti che avevamo noi in macchina…

spacious, open plan, good water pressure
not clean, needs a deep cleaning, cobwebs above dining table; bed okay, but metal base squeaky/noisy; apt bit worn, pics not current; closet doors problem, clothes hangers minimal, had to buy own; pots/pans all scratched/worn surfaces except one, so basic meals not possible; he offered to replace when told at checkout, but obviously not monitoring state of property; listing states drying rack for clothing, so when asked he said to check the two lines outside BR2 window, not a solution on 3rd floor.
