Apartment 1 is on the ground floor of our family home with ground level access to the terrace and garden.
The apartment has a size of about 60 square meters and is ideal for 2 - 4 people
The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, TV (cable), stereo. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.
The apartment has a spacious, modern bathroom with a barrier-free walk-in shower.
Our apartments are classified with 3 stars.
Further information:
In our house there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use.
Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
There are no additional costs.
Internet access is provided free of charge.
A parking space is at the house.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit gutem Komfort. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!!!

super ausgestattete Küche, hervorragende Betten, tolles Bad, alles sehr sauber, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
sollten wir noch einmal an den Bodensee fahren wollen werden wir sicher bei Frau Koch buchen

Unser Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung bei Familie Koch hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war schön aufgeteilt und alles sauber. Der Garten war ebenfalls schön anzusehen, einziges Manko war das dieser nicht eingezäunt und ein Teich vorhanden war. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern dies in der Beschreibung gelesen zu haben, vielleicht habe ich es aber auch über lesen. Leider konnte ich die Kids deshalb nie alleine in den Garten lassen. Wenn unsere Kids Mal größer sind, würden wir die Ferienwohnung aber wieder mieten. Der Bahnhof war auch Fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, sowie Metzger und Bäcker.
