Das Apartment hat eine hochwertige Einrichtung mit allem, was man braucht. Es ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Schwarzwald und auf Basel. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man eine Bushaltestelle mit einer guten Verbindung nach Basel. Zum Haus gehört ein überdachter Stellplatz für den PKW. Bei Bedarf ist der Vermieter gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell.
Wir haben keine Kritikpunkte.

Alloggio molto luminoso, molto accogliente, spazioso e funzionale, ben arredato e dotato di tutto l'occorrente e anche di più. Ampio terrazzo con vista sul Reno e sulla città. Posto auto riservato e coperto sotto l'appartamento. Zona residenziale tranquilla, immersa nella natura, poco oltre il confine, servito dai mezzi pubblici e con supermercato a 2 passi. Proprietari molto cordiali, disponibili e tempestivi nelle comunicazioni.
Nessun aspetto negativo. Complimenti ai proprietari!

emplacement situé en Allemagne, mais Bale est accessible très facilement par les transports en commun. l'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, très moderne. il y a un ascenseur et une grande terrasse.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr bequem und alles vorhanden. Grosse Terasse mit grossem Sonnensegel. Parkplatz und Lift zur Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen.
Es war sehr heisses Wetter, so konnten wir nicht viel draussen sein. Drinnen hat es einen Ventilator
