We liked the location of the apartment, how well furnished it was and Christina, who was very accomodating and helpful.
The apartment is a bit old even though it was well maintained. My family and I are very sensitive to dust and It was the only uncomfortable thing for us. No matter how much we would wipe the furnitures, more dust would come the next day. The curtains needs a good washing and the balcony requires some attention.

Spacious, homely. Had everything and more you could want in a self catering.
There were toiletries food coffee drinks.
We had a toddler with us and didn’t need to bring anything. There was a travel cot. High chair and even toys
It had definitely been loved and lived in. I personally like cleanliness and although superficially clean. Kitchen cupboard handles etc were a bit greasy.
Saying that it meant we could relax and Christine said the apartment will be renovated in May ‘25.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with beach view and 2 minutes to Lidl supermarket, Hotels, restaurants, clubs, pubs nearby.

It's called spacious and it certainly is. Two apartments in one, therefore value for money.
Great host who provided a wealth of extras ie. water, spices for cooking, a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. There were plenty of extra toiletries and more.
The host kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure all was good and leapt into action when we accidentally locked ourselves out.
The apartment is housed in a very old building. We had an issue unlocking the entrance door to the building downstairs. This prompted people to leave the door open using a door stop. Uninvited guests would walk in and go from door to door trying to sell you stuff. This is also unsafe as my daughter was alone one day when 2 men entered the building and knocked on her door. She opened the door assuming it was her parents and felt very unsafe.
The entrance door requires a new safety lock as a matter of urgency.
The lift also got stuck on one occasion during our stay but was put tight within hours.
As a personal opinion, the apartment houses some unnecessary furniture, old equipment and quirky adornments. However, we understand this is personal taste and did not affect the comfort of our stay.
Again, a personal opinion, it is nice to expect cleaner, newer model toaster, kettle and iron. Although the equipment provided is in working order, these items are old.
I would like to emphasise that the issues spoken of above are suggestions for improvement on the building and not a reflection on the apartment itself or the host.
