We were able to park right outside. Location was great for the old town - 10 minute walk. Hosts recommended an excellent restaurant and booked it for us.
Big room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, good breakfast - especially homemade jams. (Quince, cherry - yum) Friendly hosts who gave us tips of where to visit in Le Mans with good local knowledge of Cathedral (well worth a visit). Old town is lovely and don't miss the walls!
The room was on the 2nd floor. Host very helpful with luggage. But if you struggle with stairs, take note as no lift. We would return here.

stationnement difficile dans le quartier
Dommage on a été réveillé un peu tôt par les propriétaires qui avait un impératif de RDV
