Wszystkie urządzenia działały, byly wszystkie naczynia, były ręczniki i pościel, w sypialni było wygodne łóżko, był ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami Odbior kluczy wyjaśniony bardzo dobrze, kod do otwarcia skrzynki działał poprawnie.
Przez cały pobyt nie było kontaktu z wynajmującym. Kontakt przez wynajmującego był ustalony przez Whattsap. Przez 7 dni osoba wynajmująca nie czytała i nie odpowiadała na zgłaszane problemy. Przez 7 dni ciągłego pobytu ani razu nie był sprzątnięty apartament ani dołożony papier toaletowy a opłata za sprzątanie została pobrana przed przejazdem 80 euro. Jedno łóżko tylko do siedzenia, które podane było jako do spania. W sypialni łóżko małżeńskie bez możliwości rozłączenia na dwa osobne. Brak równorzędnego(takiego samego łóżka jak w sypialni) dla dwóch osób. Czyli brak możliwości spania dla dwóch obcych sobie osób.
