About this apartment rental
Apartment for 2-4 people in Bodensdorf, directly on the Ossiacher See in the apartment complex K + M + B. Our spacious apartment is about 51 square meters and has a balcony to the east side. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the sun and in the evening a glass of wine overlooking the mountains and the historic collegiate church in Ossiach. You can expect a lovingly furnished living room (with dining area), two bedrooms (with double bed and 2 single beds), a small but functional kitchen (with dishwasher and micro / grill), a bathroom (with shower), a separate toilet. New LED TV is available as well as a DVD player, table tennis rackets, beach ball and Bocciakugel, MenschärrrichtDichNicht, dice games, game collections, books for reading. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi. All this is available to you free of charge. The condominium is located directly on the lake and has a quiet, spacious lawn with swimming and boat dock. In addition, there are separate non-swimmers and swimmers from the lake. For adults and children are available: Large sandpit, climbing frame, bocce (boules) sand track, two ping-pong tables, and a beach volleyball court and a changing room with shower directly on the lake. Storage space for boats and surfboards are plentiful. The complex includes a large car park and a light-flooded indoor pool with 20 m track length. The use is included in the rent. Of course you will also find showers, toilets and changing rooms there. Washing machines and dryers can be used for a fee.

Die Top 80 Wohnung im Haus Balthasar entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Angebot.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Außergewöhnlich war die insgesamt sehr gute Ausstattung. Von Spülschwamm bis zu Gewürzen war in der kleinen Küche alles vorhanden. Die Küche insgesamt sehr zweckmäßig.
Sogar eine Ersatzbirne war zu finden, als im Flur die Birne den Dienst aufgab.
Nur das Licht über dem Esstisch ist sehr ungemütlich.
Zum Schwimmbad im Haus kann ich nichts sagen, da wir es wegen Corona nicht besucht haben, aber der See hatte noch 21°C. Badesteg und Liegewiese machen ebenfalls einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.
Zur Lage:
Auf Grund der Enge des Tales liegt das Haus nahe der Hauptstraße und nahe der Bahnlinie.
Die Fenster der Wohnung gewähren allerdings guten Schallschutz.
Für eMTB-Biker ist die Location eher ungeeignet, da es keinen abschließbaren Abstellraum mit Stromanschluss gibt ( bei unseren Rädern lassen sich die Akkus nicht so ohne weiteres herausnehmen ). Auch draußen gibt es keinen Stromanschluss.
Für normale Räder gibt es draußen vor dem Haus überdachte Fahrradständer, die allerdings von vielen Dauerparkern besetzt sind.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Woche dort. Danke.
