About this apartment rental
This condo is on the 2nd floor of a four plex . There is no elevator. It is a very safe, gated community, with one parking space close to the condo. There is lots of guest parking. There are 2 pools with jacuzzi hot tubs, and 2 tennis courts. The complex is landscaped and maintained beautifully.
Although the condo is only 840 square feet, the ceiling in the living room / dining room is cantalevered which gives a sense of far more space. There are two large walk-in closets, one in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the den/guestroom has a fold out queen size bed. It is fully carpeted, except for the kitchen and bathrooms which have new flooring. Light floods in through a wall of windows facing North; lovely view of the mountains. There is a sliding glass door facing West in the master bedroom, leading to a charming little porch where you might enjoy a morning beverage or a quiet moment to read. Alexa dot will entertain you, manage the Nest thermostat, and the microwave oven. She does not do the dishes. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen, for small loads. There is a propane barbecue on the front deck. There are two TV's, one in the living room and one in the Master bedroom.

We highly recommend this unit. Very clean, quiet and comfortable, with inspiring views to the distant mountains. It is well-equipped and nicely furnished. Even better than it appears in the photos. The condo complex is also heavenly - quiet, very well maintained, nice and friendly neighbors, terrific heated pools and hot tubs. Citrus fruit on offer by some owners, when in season. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Our host was very kind, caring and accessible. Our time there passed way to quickly, and we really didn't want to leave...

I love staying at this property. It is centrally located and easily accessible. I feel very much at home here and the pool and spa are spacious and sparkling. I have spoken with the owner and she is a most gracious and accommodating person.

I really enjoyed my stay at Galen's condo. It was centrally located and and easy in and easy out out to get anywhere in Palm Springs. It was comfortable and inviting and I felt very much at home there.
