In a superb position, just a 2 minute walk to the large sandy beach at Lligwy and the all Wales Coastal Path.
A stunning panoramic view of sea, coast and fields at Lligwy from the living, dining and kitchen areas upstairs.
This is an upside down house with the bedrooms downstairs. Newly built in 2015 – built upside down to take advantage of the stunning views.
Beach location – 2 to 3 minutes walk away is the large sandy beach at Lligwy

LIVING AREA – open plan. Stunning views of the sea, coast and surrounding countryside from the upstairs living room area windows. 4 seater sofa and a separate chair. 2 window seats space for 4 people.
DINING AREA – open plan within the kitchen area. Table with 4 chairs.
KITCHEN AREA – open plan fully fitted. Fully equipped with built-in double oven, grill and hob, 2 under counter fridges and a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar for 4.
HEATING – central heating with radiators in all rooms with individual thermostat controls on each.
WASHING MACHINE – in a ground floor cupboard
OUTSIDE PATIO AREA – Private, sheltered and enclosed. A small paved area with very limited direct sunlight time - 7.6m (25') x 3.4m (11'). Seating also outside the front (parking area) of the property - gets the morning sun.
PARKING – off road parking for 1 - 2 cars.
OTHER INFORMATION – The living area and all bedrooms are carpeted.

cottage was excellent owners very friendly and helpful. The beaches were very clean and scenery spectacular saw dolphins. Great place for families with children.
