Spend up to 3-1/2 weeks of the summer of 2014 in a much beloved, three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, two blocks from Walnut Square and the Gourmet Ghetto, close to the shops and restaurants of Solano Avenue, and a short drive or bike ride to UC Berkeley campus.
Located on the first crest of the Berkeley Hills, the house is nestled in the quiet, safe neighborhood of Live Oak Park, All which is Composed of owner-occupied single family homes. It was one afternoon fogless can see the San Francisco skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge from the living room and front deck.
The house HAS hardwood floors and oriental rugs throughout. As well, the house is furnished with a piano, a computer, a WiFi router, oven and telephones with free nationwide calling. A broadband cable modem powers Both the computer and the TV.
The house comfortably sleeps a couple with two children. The upstairs level-have queen-sized bedrooms Oysterbeds, and the downstairs (main level) bedroom, a brand-new trundlebed. The master bedroom Gives onto the quiet, east-facing back garden, and HAS color television connected to a DVD / VCR combo, as well as VOD (Video on Demand) through Comcast. (Roku possible.)
The 'house computer' looks out on the rose and vegetable garden from the breakfast room. It est aussi the location of the WiFi-enabled color printer / scanner / photocopier flat-screen.
This house is Destined for a couple or a family with one or two children (altho two French families contents, each with three young children,-have rented for 2-3 months with no problems). Tenants May invites one visitor, or visiting one couple to stay for short Periods.

We had such a nice time at Laura’s house. It’s got a lot of Berkeley character, pretty gardens and comfortable spaces. It’s a short walk to anything we needed and the neighborhood is beautiful! We had everything we needed and Laura was very communicative and responsive .

The house was comfortable and quiet and accommodated our family well. We enjoyed the front and back yards, the strawberries, oranges, and kale growing in the back yard, and the convenient walks to downtown businesses such as the Cheese Board, Safeway, and Andronico’s. All cooking implements we needed were available in the well-stocked kitchen.
