About this villa rental
Surrounded by grapevines and olive groves, Villa Panagiotis is set on a small hillside overlooking the surrounding country, across the 'Agioi Apostoli Coast' and out to sea. Villa Panagiotis is located just 5 minutes from Agioi Apostoloi Beach.
The villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, private parking for 3 cars, balconies with dining tables to enjoy your meals while you enjoy the sea view, free wifi.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱.

▶The space
Villa Panagiotis consists of a semi-basement, first floor, second floor, and outdoor areas.
⬤ Outdoors there is a private swimming pool (Dimensions: 8.5 meters long and 4 meters wide) and there is also a swimming pool for young children. The pool is for your own exclusive use.
Outdoors there are also 6 sun loungers and pool towels, 2 sun umbrellas, a shower, a pergola with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meal.
There is parking for 3-4 cars.
⬤ On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Air conditioning and free internet are available on the first floor.
⬤ On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony, a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, a bathroom and a very large balcony overlooking the sea.
Air conditioning and free internet are available on the second floor.
✔️Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and exclusive use of the pool area.
▶Interaction with guests
Our goal is for our guests, as long as they stay in our villa, to feel comfortable and relaxed. We can be reached by cell phone, email, or SMS with any questions or assistance that you may need. We would like to respect your wishes as to how much interaction and assistance each guest would like because privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance.
▶Other things to note
We will provide you with extra towels and bed sheets.
In the semi-basement lives the owner of the house, who enters the building from a separate entrance and will not have access to the villa's premises, or the pool.
▶The neighborhood
The neighborhood is surrounded by a lot of olive trees and other homes and villas.
It is a very peaceful area and there are no busy roads around.
In a few minutes by walk or by car you can find anything you want. There are 2 big supermarkets, athletic facilities(tennis, gym), cafes, restaurants, beach bars and sandy beaches.

▶Getting around
Within a few minutes( 18 minutes- 1.3 kilometers) there is a bus stop in case you want to go to the center of Chania but we recommend renting a car to move and explore Crete.
If you want to go by walk to the beach, there is a famous place that you can find 4 sandy beaches( 27 minutes- 2 kilometers away)
The villa has a private parking area for several cars, which is protected by external fencing.
Environmental Fee (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee) 10.00 euro per night.

The villa was beautiful, clean, well maintained and as pictured on the site. Antonis was a wonderful host and provided us with a well stocked refrigerator and made us a homemade pastry and cake during our stay. The property felt very private, safe and secluded, was located on a hillside and offered wonderful views of the countryside. The outdoor patios were our favorite feature. Convenient to supermarket and a couple of tavernas. Would stay here again if we came back to Crete.
Overall suggestion for folks visting the island for the first time is to rent a car and know that due to the lack of highways and mountains that it will take much longer to get to different attractions. Plan to arrive at your destination by 9 am, as you'll have those places to yourselves for a couple of hours. Also would suggest considering staying at two locations during your stay to lower the impact on commuting.

We had a really great stay at Villa Patagiotis!
Antonis was a very nice and welcoming host. He gave us some nice tips what to do in Crete and even filled up the fridge for us when we arrived.
The villa is nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you need. Also the pool is awesome!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for having us!

Wow! We stayed for 13 nights this summer. This villa deserves 5 stars in all areas. Cleanliness was exceptional. The villa was also cleaned from top to bottom twice during our stay which also included new bed linen, towels and pool towels.
The villa is very well equipped- it has everything you could want in all rooms. We were travelling with young adults so the Wi-Fi and Netflix etc was well received. The small touches really mattered. Welcome park on arrival, cakes and raki bought to you by the owner.
The views from the villa. These are fantastic looking across Chania watching sunrises and sunsets from the top verandas as well as the mountains to the rear. The pool really was a great sized pool. We welcomed friends one day and we all enjoyed the pool area. So clean and tidy with an outdoor shower.
This villa exceeded our expectations. It really is a great find. You wouldn’t be disappointed.
You will need a car as it is out of the main areas. That suited us as it was peaceful. We ate at a walkable restaurant Kouloridis which has an excellent rating / reviews. It is a 100% Greek experience watching the sun setting from your table.
I could not recommend this villa enough. Thank you to Antonis who helps with any questions and meets you at the villa to the owner who brings the cakes and the raki. The communication was 100%.
We will miss waking up to those views everyday!

This villa is a lovely & traditional with a home from home feel, with the added bonus of amazing weather. It has everything you could possibly need, including outdoor bbq & shaded seating area as well as an indoor dining room and 2 large balconies both with tables and chairs and plenty room to eat, drink or chill.
It’s only about 15 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Chania but close enough to walk to a few family run tavernas which are all excellent!
A car is essential though
