Warm 35m2 mezzanine studio apartment consisting of a master bedroom on the mezzanine, children's corner with 2 pull-out beds in an alcove separate from the living room.
Living room with BZ and kitchenette opening onto a small south-facing terrace.
The view is clear on the mountains, facing the hill of Bains, well known for the practice of sledding in winter (climbing on a treadmill).
The accommodation is bright and open, each room has a large skylight or a window.
It is fitted out with all the necessary comfort for a family (cot available, children's games, tv / dvd).
All the activities (summer / winter) for a good holiday in the mountains are at the foot of the Residence, including tobogganing, snowshoeing, hiking and free shuttle stop for downhill skiing or skating in front of the Residence.
Ideally located in the village of Villard-de-Lans, restaurants, shops, cinema and the wave pool are accessible on foot with children.
The Residence has private parking for the condominium,
A ski locker with a sledge is available,

The owner is very considerate, who called us some days before our arrival to explain in details the check-in process, surrounding, things that we can do etc. The flat itself is clean and located close to the tourist office and the hiking routes. It's a suitable size for a couple or a family of 4 people. The check-out process is fast and easy. Highly recommended.
One big surprise - the firework of 14th July was taken place right in front of the balcony ! excellent spot to watch it.

C'est la 2nde fois que nous venons dans cet appartement. Il est toujours aussi agréable et très bien équipé (jeux pour enfants, vaisselles, parasol, etc). l'emplacement est top : possibilité de tout faire à pieds si on le souhaite (la viavercors est à 2 pas, des départs de rando juste à côté et le centre de Villard à 5 min pour le ravito !).
Le propriétaire est très gentil et j'aime bien les petits guides des randos mis à disposition dans l'appartement. bref, nous recommandons et sans doute nous reviendrons encore une fois ;)
