A lovely apartment located in the center of the village of Raito (hamlet of Vietri sul Mare and the first pearl of the Amalfi Coast). The name "Ninetta" is in memory of the old owner Anna called "Ninetta" who was a point of reference for the inhabitants and for tourists knowing how to dispense advice and smiles. The owner Carmine and his family want to continue this beautiful tradition. Every visitor will feel at home and thanks to valuable advice he will discover the secrets of a beautiful land like "the Amalfi Coast".
The apartment of about 40 square meters consists of a kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a bathroom (with shower) and is equipped with every comfort. There are appliances such as a washing machine, mixer, iron, kettle, electric oven, oven, hair dryer; shampoo and shower gel kit; smart tv and wi-fi connection with fiber; air conditioning systems in both rooms mode: heating, dry and cold. To reach the apartment there are about 30 steps. The owner Carmine has always worked in the field of tourism and is passionate about excursions, walks and above all enhances the traditions and beauties of the Amalfi Coast and Campania. He speaks Italian, English and French and works with tour operators and agencies to make his guests stay more enjoyable.

Hidden Gem. Carmine was extremely helpful! Property had all of the amenities that we needed for our trip. Parking was a little tough but Carmine helped facilitate. Plan to come back and rent again.

Ninnetta's house was clean as can be. Carmine, the owner, had his mom meet us. The whole village seems to know one another, it is that small! As we were having difficulty finding the address as there are 2 stairways that go up to the apartment, I asked a man if he knew where it was and we happened to be right at Carmine's sister's door, so he knocked, she told us Mom was on her way and where the apartment was. She showed us around. Carmine came over after work with travel brochures for the area and mapped out our next 2 days of sightseeing. Instead of taking the bus around the coast he suggested the ferry, which was a great way to see the coast and be on the water at the same time. So our 3 nights were delightful and we even got our laundry done. Carmine even brought over groceries on Thursday night for us as we didn't realize the store would close early that night. Called him to ask about it and he came over that evening with everything we needed. He booked one of the restaurants too as it has a driver to come pick you up. So Carmine was very accommodating in every way!

the property was as advertised and expected. our host was excellent. he waited for us to arrive after hours and even helped carry luggage to the door. he met us at several times and even arranged a taxi on Sunday when the buses were out of sorts, can not say enough about him. he surely loves his job. we drove through most of Italy in the three weeks we were in the country and this, by far, was the best place to see the true beauty if the place. thanks again.
