The holiday house Matea consists of 4 apartments for two to six persons. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony where you can relax during your Croatia vacation and recover from your everyday life.
Each apartment has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs.
Furthermore, in the garden of the house is a pool with stunning views of the sea and the island of Pag available.
Beach chairs at the pool are available. Likewise, you have a beautiful, stone-built stone barbecue with accompanying terrace available.
The beaches are about 100 meters walk without having to cross the coastal road., The sea is about 50 meters as the crow flies away. Nearby you will find a small market for shopping in front of, as well as three restaurants and a kiosk for breakfast bread.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and WI-Fi is available.
The SUB (2 pieces of water paddleboards) are available to you and your children - as well as a kayak available for use.
We rent e-bikes. They are popular in every age group. They improve the quality of life, enable even more mobility and driving fun in everyday life.

We had a great time in Croatia, thanks to Helena and Boris. Nice Appartement, only a short walk to the sea, very quiet.
Helenas Family is very helpful, familiar atmosphere.

Ribarica ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort - das muss einem bewusst sein - wer Entspannung sucht, ist jedoch genau richtig.
Der Strand ist nichtmal 5 min vom Appartment entfernt, die Abende kann man entspannt am Pool oder am Strand ausklingen lassen. Es gibt keine Touristenmassen oder Gedrängel am Strand - das haben wir sehr genossen. Ein kurzer Abstecher in einen Club oder eine Bar ist allerdings eher nicht drin.
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir was gebraucht haben, waren sie immer sofort zur Stelle.
Wir haben uns alle total in Boris Mama verliebt - so eine süße, hilfsbereite Frau. Sie hat sich auch immer wieder erkundigt, wie es uns geht.
In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Adventurepark - klein aber fein! Sehr zu empfehlen.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden! Würden sofort wieder buchen :)
(Es handelt sich übrigens um 2 Appartments - eines mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Bad, das 2. mit Wohnküche und Bad. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es perfekt! Super für Pärchen, die mit Freunden reisen, oder Familien mit älteren Kindern, die sich Privatsphäre wünschen).

Helena und Boris waren super nett, sehr höflich, zuvorkommend, immer da. Alles war perfekt, Preis-Leistung war optimal

Wir machen schon seit 2010 unser Urlaub in Ribarica bzw. Karlobag. Für uns eine perfekte Gegend, ruhige Lage, sauberes Wasser. Kleine Kinder werden sich dort auch sehr wohl fühlen. Und jetzt zu unserem Apartment: es ist etwas älter ist aber sauber. Alles was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank usw.) ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist ganz schnell zu erreichen. Wir wurden von Boris Balenovic herzlich empfangen und es gab Getränke zum Empfang. Habt ihr Bock mit dem Boot zu fahren? Fragt bitte Boris! Noch etwas: Boris und Helena sprechen Englisch und Boris` Mama kann etwas Deutsch. Wir konnten uns sehr gut verstehen. Würde ich und meine Familie nochmal bei Familie Balenovic unser Urlaub verbringen! JA!
