About this apartment rental

fully equipped apartment with very large balcony, new fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, pleasantly warm, shower room with large shower, toilet and vanity with light mirror, quiet residential area, parking in front of the house, table tennis for common use in the hobby room The Alpsee can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or you can use a nature trail down to the valley with a constant view of the Alpsee. Baker at 200m distance. Hiking trails directly from the house to the Gschwender Horn or to the Alpsee Coaster.

Sauber, schöner Balkon, super ausgestattete Küche, ausgesprochen nette Vermieter. Die Hanglage erfordert 10 Min Aufstieg, schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den Grünten Berg. Sowohl die Schlafzimmermatratzen als auch die Couch haben gute Matratzen. Der See ist sehr schön zum Schwimmen u man kann auch sehr schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen oder nach kurzen Busfahrten. Bushaltestelle ist im Tal (vom Haus aus ca 7 Min... zurück wegen der Steigung länger) fährt ca jede Stunde allerdings nur bis ca 18 . Einkauf in Immenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich habe mich in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Und die Landschaft hier ist einfach umwerfend.
