It is located close to the slopes and in particular the VANOISE EXPRESS (link with LA PAGNE) and the chairlift (link with LES ARCS).Access to the building is via stairs and the residence has 4 floors without elevator but with half palsed. The ski lockers are at level 1 and there is a restaurant and a pizzeria.A communal, uncovered and free parking is about 200 meters away and there are a few places on the roadside near the building. Apartment of 36m2, in a residence located in the heart of Plan Peisey. Rented for 4 to 6 people, it consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a mountain corner with two bunk beds, a bathroom (with washing machine) and toilet separated from a kitchen area open to the living room.The apartment is exposed West and has a large balcony.Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric hobs. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps: 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old), 1 sofa bed.Sanitary: 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet.Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissues must not be removed from beds and left clean. Beds must be unladen correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the feet of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be the subject of a bill charged on deposit: 10€ per bed, 25€ per missing lounge, 300€ for the restoration of the furniture.Apartment NO FUMEUR: €300 odor charge for cleaning all fabrics
