About this villa rental
New (2019) modern and comfortable villa, very spacious with its 185m2, it is ideally located in the peaceful hamlet of Luminières in the town of Les Salèlles. The setting is green, and the view is breathtaking on the Serre de Barre mountain.
From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. A second covered terrace is also available for you to have lunch in the shade. Lying on a lounge chair, while sipping a glass of chilled rosé, you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings, the sun and the crickets chirping in the background.
A few kilometers from Les Vans, if you are tired of moments of relaxation, you can also visit one of the many beautiful cities and charming villages of the Ardèche or take a stroll through the magnificent surroundings. Don't forget to leave early in the morning, as temperatures can rise quickly in summer!

Maison vaste et moderne. Très belle piscine.
Conseillé pour un séjour calme. Pour les ballades autour de la maison il faut être de bons marcheurs. Le seul bémol c’est pour visiter la région il faut toujours prévoir 1h à 1h30 de voitures ou aimer la route montagneuse. Sinon nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée en vaisselle. Les chambres sont également grandes et les literies sont très confortables.
La mezzanine est très bien pour les enfants ou un groupe d'adolescents.
Les 2 salles de bains sont également très fonctionnelles avec beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu'on est nombreux.
L'emplacement est très calme, beaucoup de petites balades très agréables autour de la maison.
La piscine est très agréable, suffisamment grande ; elle est propre car entretenue régulièrement.
En revanche, il y a un peu de vis-à-vis avec les maisons voisines (ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce) mais le voisinage est très calme.
Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la plancha car à priori, elle n'avait pas fonctionné depuis longtemps et n'avait pas été nettoyée ni remise en état en marche.
Très bonne impression générale pour ce logement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le temps maussade et pluvieux.
