Sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtetes Appartement im 1. Stock. 2 geräumige, individuell eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten, große Schränke. Man findet hier alles vor, was man als Selbstversorger für eine Woche benötigt. An die Tatsache, dass das WC vom Bad getrennt ist, hat man sich rasch gewöhnt. Schöne, zentrale Lage in einem hübschen Vorort von Avignon jenseits der Rhone, aber kurze Wege nach Avignon mit Bus 5 (1,40€) oder P+R (kostenlos). Direkt gegenüber eine nette, gemütliche Bar 'Barrel’ (ohne Lärmbelastung!). Cafés, Restaurants, Bäcker, Fleischer und ein 'Tante Emma Laden’ in unmittelbarer Nähe, Supermärkte für den Großeinkauf jedoch nur mit Auto.

Für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen könnte der Zugang zum App. über die enge, steile Treppe sowie die 2 Stufen zwischen Wohn- und Schlafbereich problematisch sein.

Le Charme de l'ancien dans le Centre historique de Villeneuve-les-Avignon. Belle hauteur sous plafond, murs en pierre. Appartement très agréable hors saison.

Très bel appartement bien équipé et bien situé

Location good only if you have a car which we didn't. Good cafes nearby and very small supermarket. Good to have use of a washing machine. Has a lot of appliances however are dated.

Difficult to get a good night's sleep as the curtains were translucent which made the room bright all the time with the street light at night and sun in the morning. Needs blockout curtains. Beds were uncomfortable. The one in the bedroom with aircon was hard and noisy so caused disturbance to your partner. The WIFI was extremely slow and TV didn't work. Apartment had bad odour due to cooking smells from previous people. Apartment is dated.
