The apartment, completely renovated, is composed of a long entrance, 2 double bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower cabin, a living room with a sofa bed and a large and bright kitchen.
Take You Rome - Vatican Apartment is located on the first mezzanine floor of a charming early 20th century building, located on a small pedestrian square of recent construction equipped with benches, where you can taste aperitifs and tasty homemade ice cream.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
After opening the main door, you will reach a flight of stairs to reach the front door which is the first on your right.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts:
• Free Wi-Fi.
• Video surveillance system at the entrance.
• Smart-TV in every room (Netflix account etc.).
• Air conditioners in every room, including living room and kitchen.
• Independent heating system, programmed to guarantee environmental comfort at every moment of the day.
• New fixtures, which make the apartment quiet despite being located in the center of Rome.
KITCHEN
The kitchen, livable and bright, is equipped with:
• Hob (4 burners)
• Dishwasher
• Electric oven
• Microwave oven
• Kettle
• Electric hot plate for toast
• Moka for espresso
and many other accessories and small appliances always available to guests.
ROOMS
Each room has:
• Double bed
• chairs / armchairs
• Smart TV
• conditioner
• Drawers
• Wardrobe

Our guests are provided with bed linen and towels.
For stays longer than 5 days it is possible, on request and at an additional cost, to request a change of linen at mid-stay.

GUEST ACCESS
• We will be at your disposal 24 hours a day for all your needs, via email, mobile, whatsapp etc.
• Access allowed in the entire house made available to guests. There are no balconies or outdoor spaces proper to the house but the building overlooks a newly built pedestrian area equipped with greenery and benches.
• Guests (excluding children up to 10 years) will be required to pay a tourist tax of € 3.50 each. at night.
• As check-in is a "self check-in" it is not necessary to meet. Therefore, from time to time, the most convenient method for payment will be agreed (cash, credit card or debit card).
• The remote access system makes the "self check-in" adjustable according to the needs of the guest (during the booking phase all the necessary information will be provided)

Overall a positive experience though we ran out of toilet paper the evening before we left and didn't want to bother her at 11:00 at night. We are also asked to throw the garbage which we thought was odd. Otherwise she was very responsive, the beds were super comfy! and the showers were hot! Also download the WhatsApp before you come to Italy in order to more easily communicate with the host. Would definitely go back!

Nice, well kept apartment within walking distance of Vatican. A street full of restaurants is right around the corner. The metro is close by. Take advantage of the airport shuttle that Francesca recommends. Francesca was very concerned and very helpful when my wife became ill and needed hospitalization. Would go back
