A nice apartment with a carport in Bad Neuenahr Ahrweiler 4 stars
in a quiet residential area near the vineyards and the red wine hiking trail awaits you in the 1st Floor a beautiful 3 room apartment 87m² with 2 bedrooms (bed linen is provided) for 3-4 people with new kitchen, new spacious bathroom (with towels) and gr. South balcony. The apartment has a large living and dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). The modern kitchen is well equipped. (Carport for 2 cars is available and there is also a storage space for bicycles) In summer the garden meadow can also be used.
The center of Bad Neuenahr (1 km) and the spa gardens are not far away and the idyllic Ahrweiler is also nearby. You can play tennis at a distance of 1.5 km and at 5 km you are on the Köhlerhof golf course. The Ahrradweg and a supermarket with a bakery and banks are just a 2-minute walk away.
Bonn is 29 km from the apartment, and the Nürburgring is 35 km away. The nearest airport is Cologne / Bonn Airport, 55 km away.

We had a nice stay in the really convenient appartment. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I would stay for sure again in this place when I will visit this area!

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir waren zum Wandern im Ahrtal gereist und konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus auf wunderschöne Touren starten.
Ein Lebensmittelmarkt kann fußläufig erreicht werden und auch ins Zentrum von Bad Neuenahr kommt man bequem zu Fuß.
Wenn wir wieder einmal ins Ahrtal reisen, wohnen wir gerne wieder im AhrHeim.

Aufgrund der Corona-Einschränkungen konnten weder unsere rüstige 89jährige Mütter noch wir als Ehepaar die ursprünglich geplanten Reisen wahrnehmen. Da unsere Mutter nicht mehr allein reisen kann und ihre Seniorenreise ausfiel, hielten wir Ausschau nach einer gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in Deutschland . Diese sollte Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sowohl für uns als auch für unsere Mutter bieten. Alles das haben wir hervorragend in der Wohnung Ahrheim vorgefunden. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren sehr auf unser Wohl bedacht. Sie haben alles gut erklärt, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und sind sehr schnell vorbei gekommen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Der Rotweinwanderweg lud zu herrlichen Wanderungen ein. Im ansprechenden Kurort gab es nette Lokale mit Außengastronomie. Unsere Mutter hat besonders den Kurpark, die Konzerte und das Shoppen in den netten kleinen Läden genossen.
