About this house rental
Welcome to Banyul Warri a well appointed, contemporary 4 bedroom house on the popular beach side of the Great Ocean Road. A perfect coastal holiday home with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area opening out to a spacious deck and outdoor dining area.
A spacious master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite and three other bedrooms with queen beds, means there's plenty of room for couples or families. The delightful garden area has loads of little surprises as well as an outdoor shower.
A short walk to the Aireys Inlet Clifftop Walk on Eagle Rock Parade, where a lookout gives superb views to the northeast of Sunnymead Beach and Urquhart Bluff.
Linen not supplied - Linen hire available on request at an additional cost
Wi-Fi is available
All properties under professional property management in Australia are legislated to include smoke alarms
Forced move in days may apply over peak times.
Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks,etc) See terms and conditions

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Good location and accomadation. Had problem with the hot water the first night. Was fixed the next day. Overall had a good time.

Lovely property, well presented, good finishes, quiet and comfortable. Works well for two groups and also for kids. Could have had done with more information about the amenities (there was a baby’s cot there which was great but not mentioned in the listing). Would recommend and will stay again.
