About this apartment rental
We rent our cozy 50 sqm apartment in a prime location in Inzell. All important infrastructures are within walking distance - shopping, swimming pool, shops, cafes, church, etc. can be reached within minutes, and yet the apartment is located in a very quiet part of town with a garden orientation. It has two rooms. A bedroom with double bed (200 x 200 cm), a living room with sofa bed (160 x 185 cm), a separate but open kitchen, hallway, toilet, bathroom with tub. The living rooms and kitchen are newly renovated, the bathrooms neat but in the style of the 80s. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and 4-burner stove (as well as useful equipment and storage space). You will also find a large balcony, enough storage space, mountain views (towards Rauschberg and Teisenberg), a garden with a climbing frame, sandpit and grill. A sauna is accessible free of charge in the house. There is also a washing machine and dryer (coin operated machine). Comfortable for two people or two people with children. Also possible for four adults, but a bit tight in the long run. The included Chiemgau card allows free access to mountain railways, museums, swimming pools, saunas etc. and includes other advantages.

Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Der Balkon ist sehr groß (geht um die Ecke) und man hat morgens und auch abends Sonne auf dem Balkon. Wenn man seine Privatsphäre sucht, muss man jedoch wissen, dass gegenüber sehr viele Balkone und Augen auf einen gerichtet sind. Der Ort selber hat mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants. Viele Rad und Wanderwege können auch von der Unterkunft direkt angesteuert werden. Aktuell kann man den Gemeinschaftsgarten nicht wirklich nutzen, da dieser wohl vor einem Jahr überflutet wurde und erst wieder neu hergerichtet werden muss. Uns hatte dies nicht gestört aber vielleicht ist dies für den einen oder anderen wichtig.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das WC und das Bad sind nicht mehr ganz auf dem neuesten Stand, aber sonst war alles super.
