Good location near Garden District and Magazine Street. Nice garden out the back. Decent size room. Overall reasonable place to stay.
Toilet didn't flush properly. Poorly cleaned. Dishes still dirty. Bed was quite firm. Like a wooden board. Rooms smelt musty likely due to humidity. Minimal kitchen supplies.

The location was perfect. We went for two nights. Walking distance to Tipitina’s and magazine street. Lots of shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and the homes are so fun to view. The area felt very safe. The apartment fit our needs perfectly: one bedroom, small living area with a couch and table, fridge, bathroom and shower were a great size. It was so cute! This is our second time staying at this location. Our first stay was great as well but this apartment had more space.

We like to do a lot of walking and exploring when we visit an area. This location was perfect for that! Very close to the Garden District, Magazine Street, and the Trolley Car! The neighborhood was older, but very clean and safe. The cottage was tucked away in a private garden area that was quiet and amazing to wake up to each morning and come "home" to each afternoon. It was very clean, everything worked, and it had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The host was very responsive to questions and offered excellent suggestions about "must-sees" nearby.
The bed was firm but comfortable to sleep in and very clean. The pillows were somewhat flat and in my opinion in need of replacing, but that is a very small thing, and I am well aware that some people like flatter pillows, or a softer bed. Overall, the cottage was comfortable and perfect for us!
