The hostess is fantastically friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is great. So is the bathroom.
Within walking distance of city center and waterfront.
Value is fair.

Like most reviewers, I liked the vintage styling of the facilities and it was peaceful being located in a neighborhood instead of business district.
While homey, the property should recognize more business reliability. The contact number isn't the house or owner but an offsite business partner. Check-in time started @ 2PM but when I got there at 5, the room hadn't been started. Lots of features listed but everything except your bedroom is shared and there's clutter everywhere. Gotta remind her to give you a key, too.
