About this apartment rental
Located 1 hour 30 minutes by car from Nice airport. The Isola 2000 resort offers 120 km of alpine skiing spread over 42 pistes including 3 black, 11 red, 21 blue, 7 green.
The apartment is located in the Hameau district in a quiet residence on the 4th floor (elevator),
Access to the slopes can be done: free shuttle to the center of the station at the foot of the building every 10 min, or free funicular at 3 min on foot to access the Snow Front shops, restaurants or access to the slopes directly at the foot of the building when the snow conditions allow, thanks to an access overlooking a blue run and to the ski lifts (la lombarde).
The return is also facilitated by a blue track which brings you near the building.
In summer, magnificent hikes await you, a municipal outdoor swimming pool is open during school holidays. You can also go downhill mountain biking, horse riding, tree climbing, etc.

-Fitted kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave, kettle, raclette / crepe maker, Nespresso coffee machine
- Mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 140 * 190 and a sofa bed 140 * 190, closet, duvets, pillows, bed linen and toiletries not provided (rental possible on request 5 € / pers)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet equipped with towel dryers

A small spilt-level apartment, fine for a family of four. A double bed upstairs with a pull out sofa bed. It also looks like the sofa downstairs can convert to a bed. Just enough space - sofa downstairs with a dining table that can be pulled out. Small kitchen with everything you need - 4 plate hob, microwave, oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. Bathroom with small mixer shower - adequate.
Overall it's a compact appartment but perfectly liveable for a family of 4 for a week skiing. I stayed there with my two kids, so there were three of us.
It's a very short walk down the hill to the funicular that takes you down to the snow front and commercial centre with all its shops, bars and restaurants, or you can use the free ski shuttle bus that stops outside the apartment. There is also a restaurant and ski hire shop at the top of the hill just a short walk away. In good snow conditions it may be possible to ski closer to the apartment. Not a slog at all even carrying skis.
Check in and out was very easy - a key box at the property and code provided. Maria the host was very easy to communicate with and answered any queries we had. There is a small charge paid on-site for bed linen and towels if you cannot bring your own but this is very reasonable.
Overall a good location, a good apartement and a good stay. Recommended!

Fab clean and warm apartment on two levels with great cooking facilities for a small group. Had everything we needed and able to ski back home - heaven. We will be back x

Probably the best family ski resort I've seen. Everything within easy walking distance and a great ski school area at the Front de Neige. Apartment was in a great location just a couple of minutes from the funicular linking to the shops, restaurants and ski hire/school.
